Drawings and paintings shown here are examples of further figurative and portrait studies in different media: oils, charcoal or graphite. They explore different techniques whilst continuing to represent Diane’s love of human form. Drawing is an integral part of continuing growth and understanding of line and form, and is very much part of the preliminary sculpture process.
